What is JFS-B Standard?

The JFS-B Standard was created by the Japan Food Safety Management Association. The JFS-B Standard is the first food safety standard in Japan that consists of the global food safety requirements of food safety management system (FSM), hazard control (HACCP), and good manufacturing practice (GMP), and has a system that allows step-by-step advancement according to the food safety management system of the business. The B standard includes HACCP 7 principles and 12 procedures.
